We will ask you to complete a bursary form and submit relevant evidence of your household income (*see below for examples of evidence). By providing evidence to confirm that your household is less than £60,000 which will ensure that you continue to receive travel support but you may also be eligible for additional financial support from College to help with your studies.
*Evidence used to assess eligibility and determine household income, including benefits received proof of salary such as P60's, self-employment accounts, pay slips, copies of online statements for Universal Credit.
I understand where I have declared household income that the Access Fund Office will follow this up and contact me for further information to support my studies in college and ensure that if relevant that travel is supported.
We will seek evidence of household income to ensure that travel support will be subsidised.
As you have stated that your household income is greater than £60,000 you will be required to contribute £75.00 towards travel. Payment should be made to our income office. Once payment is made you will be given a receipt which then should be brought along with proof of income to the Access Fund Office.
Failure to provide evidence of income and payment of £75.00 towards your travel could result in your bus pass being cancelled.
